With the start of the new season of ATP Doha, today we will try to analyze one of the matches between Ivo Karlovic (CRO) versus Sergei Stakhovsky (UKR).

Ivo Karlovic in total played 77% of his matches on hard surface, which tells us that the best results he has archived was on hard surface. Meanwhile this particular event (ATP Doha) he will start with injury, which he got at ATP Vienna, that means we should expect not an easy game. Before the injury he have won 2 events in Sacramento and Tiburon, that tells us he was in a great form. Before ATP Doha he had enough time to repair his injury and get his best form for the tournament. Outstanding serve + not bad game at volley,  what else do you need to win a match?
